Responsibilities:
- Technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install and configure software/hardware, system upgrades and patch installations.
- Maintain inventory of all hardware/software & assist implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new technology.
- Maintain IT helpdesk system and resolution of support tickets in ASIAN region.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of IT systems.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer/Information Technology with 2 years in IT support.
- Experience in Windows Desktop, Servers OS, network troubleshooting and administration.
- Proficient in Share Point Power Automate and PowerBi and Active Directory.
- Willing to travel within ASEAN region when neccesary.
