Responsibilities
• Administer, manage, and support Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 platforms (SharePoint, Exchange, Intune)
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server environments, with working knowledge of Linux systems
• Manage and support Microsoft Azure servers and services, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Administer and maintain Nutanix Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI)
• Administer and monitor Veeam Backup & Replication and related cloud backup solutions
• Oversee web servers, web hosting services, and domain management
• Provide technical support for end users, including retail outlets, as required
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, best practices, and audit requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues and implement system improvements
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT system administration
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft AD, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server administration
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure server administration
• Basic knowledge of Linux administration
• Experience managing Nutanix HCI and Veeam Backup & Replication
• Familiar with web servers, hosting environments, and domain management
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to support both IT infrastructure and business operations
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator, Nutanix Certified Professional, Azure Administrator Associate) are advantageous
