Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 1 support to end users by identifying, investigating, and troubleshooting IT issues related to laptops, servers, internal software, web, and mainframe applications.
- Escalate unresolved requests to Tier 2 support teams and ensure timely follow-up.
- Generate and provide regular support reports to IT team members and supervisors.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
- Assist with ad hoc IT projects as needed.
Requirements
- Has a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in IT.
- Possess broad-based IT knowledge such as laptop, phone systems, web, required software programs and mainframe applications.
- Possess good customer service mindset, good communication skills, problem solving and timely response, time and some project management skills.
