Responsiblities:
- Maintain (PCs, printers, barcode scanners, etc.) & LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi
- Ensure servers & data storage are running smoothly (file servers, domain controllers)
- Manage User account/email/AD /file permissions & antivirus, firewalls, data protection policies
- Perform backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place
- Support for MES, ERP, factory-specific systems, troubleshoot machine-PC issues e.g., PLCs, IoT
- Ensure system uptime, install, configure, and maintain standard and custom software
- Support end-users, liaise with software vendors for updates, bugs & new implementations
- Implement and enforce IT policies, data protection, and access control
- Support ISO/IEC 27001 or other relevant compliance needs if applicable
- Support audits and provide technical documentation
- Provide training or guidance to staff on using systems or software
- Maintain IT asset inventory, prepare incident reports, maintenance logs & update manuals
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science with 3-5 years of experience
Knowledge of Windows OS, Network support, PC Security and (Active Directory, file sharing, backup)
Familiary with ERP/MES system (Printers, scanners, barcode systems)
Willing to do on-site support in production areas and after-hours or weekend support
