Job Description
- Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of new technology systems.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimise downtime.
- Document and report technical incidents and solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
A successful IT Field Engineer should have:
