Training: On-the-Job Training (OJT) Provided - Open for Entry Level
Responsibilities:
- Deliver accessible, timely, and professional IT support to ensure user satisfaction.
- Respond to user queries via calls, voicemail, email, or fax.
- Accurately assess and resolve IT issues at the first level.
- Troubleshoot basic technical problems related to desktops, LAN, WAN, infrastructure, and voice services.
- Track and manage incidents, escalating where necessary.
- Handle IT service requests including user account setup, changes, and terminations.
- Ensure prompt communication and resolution to support-related concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong interest and basic knowledge in IT systems: Windows OS, email platforms, network connectivity, and Level 1 troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- IT-savvy and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
