As part of the Technical Helpdesk Team, you will provide in-house Helpdesk and Technical support to end users.
You will also be involved in the installation, cabling and set-up of workstations, PCs and printers.
Responsibilities
Provide in-house helpdesk and technical support to end users and vessel IT
Support and resolve in-house end users and IT technical issues
Assist in the installation, cabling and setting up of workstations, PCs, and printers
Perform software updates
Microsoft 365 Admin
Attend to ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or IT related field
3 – 5 years of IT support experience
Ability to work overtime
Good communications and stakeholder management skills
