Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support the tech infrastructure at manufacturing sites.
You will play a key role in delivering IT/OT solutions and ensuring the smooth operation of backend systems including servers, networks, and data centers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems across manufacturing sites.
- Lead and support technical projects such as network/wireless upgrades, server deployments, and other infrastructure initiatives.
- Monitor and maintain computer rooms, network devices, and server systems to ensure optimal health and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Ensure all infrastructure projects comply with internal Digital & Tech Management System (DTMS) standards.
- Provide infrastructure support across various offices and sites within Singapore.
- Collaborate with cross-functional tech teams to effectively deploy services, systems, and new initiatives at the site level.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system and network design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of IT/OT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wireless, Firewalls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VoIP technologies.
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Panorama, Nutanix, Azure Stack, and cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with data center/computer room operations, maintenance, and monitoring.
- Familiar with structured cabling and fiber optic network infrastructure.
- Ability to multitask and respond effectively to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Strong team collaboration skills, especially in troubleshooting complex issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for network, hardware, and software issues.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and eager to learn new technologies and skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage personal work priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of ITMS and GMP processes in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CISSP, cloud-related) are a plus.
