Responsibilities
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the services support, so some familiarity with assessing and improving processes is vital.
Able to effectively manage IT personnel and set priorities.
Qualifications
Must have minimum of 5-8 years of managing IT operations experience.
Technical skills on IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and cloud management.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Requires excellent problem-solving skills
Preferably ITV3 certified.
