Key Responsibilities
Provide daily operational support for analytics platforms and related infrastructure.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of production incidents.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
Support end users with application-related queries and technical issues.
Maintain documentation for operational procedures, incident resolutions, and system configurations.
Participate in deployment activities and post-deployment validations.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance standards.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in IT operations, application support, or infrastructure support.
Familiarity with data platforms, cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure), and monitoring tools.
Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., Python, Shell, PowerShell) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
