About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and capable Senior Programme Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of enterprise digital solutions with a strong focus on the human resource domain.
This role involves collaborating closely with technical teams, leading multiple projects, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring successful and timely delivery of initiatives that meet business objectives.
Candidates with strong foundations in HRIS, payroll, leave, claims, recruitment systems, and employee management platforms, custom software development (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, ), and cloud environments such as AWS are highly encouraged to apply.
Experience with low-code platforms is a plus, though not mandatory.
What You'll Do:
Lead the delivery of digital solutions specific to human resource processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Oversee multiple concurrent projects and provide strategic guidance to project managers and technical leads.
Coordinate the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
Support the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions built on native programming stacks.
Promote development best practices, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance as needed.
Assist in planning and tracking of development efforts, including sprint management, resource planning, and quality assurance.
Work with senior stakeholders to align programme objectives with organizational strategy.
Liaise with external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
Facilitate solution walkthroughs, documentation reviews, and presentations to internal stakeholders.
Engage with end users to gather feedback and ensure solution alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with security teams to review, verify, and address any vulnerabilities flagged, ensuring compliance with internal security standards.
What You'll Bring:
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong domain knowledge in human resource processes and applications is a must.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in native software development (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript frameworks).
Working knowledge of AWS cloud services, such as EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, and API Gateway.
Familiarity with Agile practices and tools for managing development backlogs and sprints.
Knowledge of security practices with the ability to verify and resolve vulnerabilities flagged by security teams.
Ability to interpret business needs and contribute to effective technical solutions.
Experience contributing to or managing cloud-native applications or digital transformation projects.
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and DevOps practices is a plus.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and system integration.
Awareness of security, compliance, and governance in cloud environments.
Experience with low-code platforms is advantageous; training will be provided if required.
