Location: Bukit Merah
Perform timely administrative tasks including data entry, e-filing, and data maintenance using authorized systems and templates.
Organize and schedule meetings related to budget and expenditure matters.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Operations Managers, Vendors, and stakeholders to develop and update accurate expenses vs.
budgets regularly (monthly/quarterly/annually).
Prepare and maintain documentation and reports on budget and expenditure.
Support budget planning by collaborating with relevant teams to develop detailed project budgets aligned with project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
Update financial tracking systems and spreadsheets regularly to capture budget and expenses accurately.
Monitor and analyze budget utilization and variances, reporting findings and working with stakeholders to address discrepancies.
Assist in ensuring timely goods receipt and payment processing, including collecting and filing payment documentation and Certificates of Completion.
Act as a point of contact for budget-related queries and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Support management by organizing financial performance review meetings and communicating updates or financial risks clearly and promptly.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables; Macro programming knowledge is a plus.
Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for dashboard creation and presentations.
Knowledge of SharePoint for webpage creation, list customization, and site permissions management.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense is advantageous but optional.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
