Overview
As a
C3 Customer Proximity Specialist , you will act as a strategic interface between business stakeholders and the global tech organization.
You will support affiliates across the APAC region, ensuring that global products are successfully adopted and tailored to local needs.
Key Accountabilities
Capturing Affiliate Needs and Specificities
Conduct interviews and surveys to understand affiliate requirements within your product domain.
Analyze feedback and data to propose tailored solutions aligned with product capabilities.
Challenge and arbitrate affiliate claims to ensure strategic alignment.
Liaise between business users and the incident support team in the Middle East.
Qualify incidents using functional expertise and route them to the appropriate capability teams
Stakeholder Management
Serve as a strategic interface between commercial stakeholders and the SFDC vendor or global IT.
Ensure alignment between business needs and technological capabilities.
Roll-Out and Change Management
Gather user insights to improve product functionality and experience.
Prepare and execute change management plans, including local impact assessments and adoption activities.
Support end-user testing and perform roll-out actions for global products.
Collect and consolidate metrics to report on product value delivered at the affiliate level.
Support Legacy Applications
Provide ongoing support for local tech solutions such as Trade Promotions Management, SFA, and A&P Management.
Job Requirements
Proven experience implementing and supporting IT solutions for the Commercial function, ideally within the beverage or consumer goods industry.
Strong understanding of sales processes, including on-trade and off-trade.
Mastery of adoption and change management methods and tools.
Experience implementing B2B CRM, SFA, A&P management, Distributor Management System, and Customer Portal solutions.
Solid understanding of Salesforce.com, Service Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud.
Knowledge of integration technologies such as SOAP and REST APIs.
Familiarity with ERP system integration (JDE/SAP) with front-end platforms.
Experience supporting legacy applications like Trade Promotions Management, SFA, and A&P Management.
