In this role, you will:
- Oversee incoming service requests and ensure timely progress in line with established SLAs
- Maintain accurate documentation, service logs, and internal reporting
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and logistics to ensure project preparedness
- Coordinate communication between technical teams, customer success, and sales
- Propose and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and ensure compliance
What Requirements You Need
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related discipline
- 2–3 years of experience in technical support, project coordination, service operations, or logistics management
- Experience in a technology-driven or service delivery environment is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting critical deadlines
- Skilled in executing and optimizing standard operating procedures
- Foundational knowledge of IT systems and technical service workflows
- Strong focus on responsiveness, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Detail-oriented with a track record of maintaining accurate documentation and reporting
- Effective in bridging communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive in problem-solving and driving continuous improvement
