Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to deliver initiatives successfully within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with customers and partners.
- Mentor and support team leads and managers to build high-performing, collaborative teams.
- Oversee project planning, resource management, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth execution.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing scope and change effectively.
- Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
- Provide regular progress reports and status updates to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and drive continuous improvement across all initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years managing large-scale turnkey projects.
- Demonstrated success in delivering or consulting on at least one major project within the past 5 years.
- At least 2 years in a senior leadership position (e.g., Senior Project Manager, Project Director, or equivalent).
- PMP certification preferred; Scrum Master or Agile project experience is an advantage.
- Exceptional leadership, planning, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in government IT projects or IT initiatives involving civil works is a plus.
