About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Radiology IT Operations & Projects Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to bridge the gap between clinical radiology services and IT systems.
This unique hybrid role supports the implementation and daily operations of digital imaging technologies, AI platforms, and clinical IT systems in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams — including radiology clinicians, IT, and informatics — to ensure that technology solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with operational needs.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in healthcare technology, project coordination, and system management.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Project Management & Operations (70%)
- Coordinate and implement Radiology IT projects (e.g., AI imaging, 3D printing).
- Track compliance for Medical Devices and Operational Technology Security (MDOTS).
- Manage contract lifecycles and renewals for Radiology IT systems and applications.
- Support change requests (PCR, OSR) and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for EMR systems (e.g., EPIC).
- Liaise with Radiology Informatics teams to track project timelines and deliverables.
- Organize troubleshooting sessions and system reviews with internal IT teams.
- Develop SOPs, training materials, and user guides for system adoption.
- Assist with procurement, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
2.
Intra-Cluster Operations (25%)
- Manage intra-cluster referral processes and inter-department service agreements.
- Coordinate leasing and outsourcing arrangements related to Radiology services.
3.
Process Improvement & Analytics (5%)
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify operational gaps.
- Recommend and implement improvements based on data insights.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Business IT, Information Technology, Diagnostic Radiography, Health Informatics, or related fields.
Preferred Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, vendor management, or IT operations, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Experience with clinical IT systems or EMRs (e.g., EPIC) is a plus.
Skills:
- Basic understanding of IT/network systems and system compliance standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and time-management abilities.
- Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional after-office support.
