Role Overview
We’re looking for a
technically grounded IT Sales Manager
to lead solution-based sales and support participation in public and private sector tenders.
This hybrid role combines consultative selling with pre-sales engineering — ideal for someone who can confidently engage clients while translating complex requirements into scalable digital solutions.
You’ll play a key role in expanding the digital business unit and delivering high-value tech solutions across marketing, events, exhibitions, and enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end sales efforts for digital and IT services, from lead generation to deal closure
Participate in RFPs, tenders, and government procurement platforms (e.g., GeBIZ)
Develop tailored proposals, quotations, technical documentation, and pitch decks
Act as technical consultant during the sales cycle — translating client needs into feasible solutions
Conduct product walkthroughs, demos, and prototype presentations
Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects and align expectations
Drive upselling, renewals, and client satisfaction
Track sales pipelines and report on key metrics
Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and delivery confidence
Assess technical feasibility and architecture of proposed solutions (e.g., CMS, custom apps, experiential tech)
Liaise between sales and development teams to ensure realistic scoping and delivery
Work with vendors or internal teams to define system specifications and ensure compatibility
Requirements
Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related fields
1–3 years of experience in IT sales, pre-sales, or solution consulting
Familiarity with IT tenders and digital transformation initiatives in Singapore
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders
Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
Detail-oriented, professional, and client-focused
