IT Security Manager

Responsibilities
Cyber Vigilance & Incident Response
Monitor and review security logs, detect and respond to incidents swiftly.
Develop, maintain, and execute incident response plans with IT and management.
Act as primary POC for all escalations, ensuring accurate reporting and minimal disruption.
Conduct risk assessments, manage vulnerabilities, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with IM8, PDPA, and internal security policies.
Regularly review and enhance security policies, processes, and guidelines.
Participate in client-led audits, including security reviews, vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and compliance checks.
Governance & Coordination
Serve as corporate liaison between system owners, IT teams, and response personnel.
Safeguard incident evidence and ensure proper documentation.
Support resource allocation for security initiatives.
Security Awareness & Training
Promote IT security awareness and deliver staff training.
Participate in drills, simulations, and tabletop exercises.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity management, specializing in incident response, vulnerability management, and GRC.
Hands-on with AppSec, OWASP, penetration testing, vulnerability tools (Tenable/Nessus), SIEM, and IAM/PAM/MFA.
At least one of CISSP, CISM, GIAC/CISA, CEH; others an advantage.
