Overview
Seeking an experienced SAP Application Service Delivery Manager with proven expertise in managing SAP services.
Strong understanding of SAP FI, CO, MM, SD, LO, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and ClickUp.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for MNC clients, ensuring high service quality and satisfaction.
Lead and coordinate SAP delivery teams across key modules.
Develop and improve processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
Track SLAs, KPIs, and metrics; manage incidents, problems, and changes.
Oversee risk management, DRP, and business continuity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service.
Drive process optimization and automation initiatives.
Support migrations, upgrades, and implementations.
Mentor and guide junior team members.
Requirements
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in SAP service delivery (MNC focus).
In-depth knowledge of SAP FI, CO, MM, SD, LO.
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, ClickUp.
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiar with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, Agile, and DevOps.
Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) and multilingual ability are a plus.
