We are looking for a professional with experience in post-sales technical support to join a long-term project in the digital solutions sector.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the customer in the implementation and integration of the company’s software, focusing on DEX solutions and endpoint security, acting as a key liaison between technical teams and end users globally.
🛠️ Main responsibilities
- Act as the post-sales expert for digital solutions.
- Support the customer in implementing and integrating software solutions within their technical environment.
- Ensure proper integration of digital products with the customer’s existing toolsets.
- Collect and internally communicate customer requests for new features, support issues, and feedback, being their voice within the company.
- Maintain regular communication with the customer to ensure full utilization of their software investment.
- Deliver technical training to partners, customers, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage and escalate technical incidents within assigned accounts, acting as a bridge between customer, support, and engineering teams.
- Increase customer satisfaction by providing technical documentation and support materials.
- Log all customer activities within the CRM.
🔧 How you will work
- You will work from Singapore during local office hours, with availability to travel up to 25% of the time to provide technical support to customers.
- Permanent contract from day one.
- You will collaborate continuously with global and multidisciplinary teams.
- Salary range will be between 6,200 and 7,500 SGD net per month (13 payments) depending on experience.

Requirements:
✅ Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of technical experience related to endpoint solutions or enterprise IT systems.
- Solid knowledge of tools such as SCCM, Intune, and PowerShell scripting.
- Good understanding of the Windows operating system and its management.
- Previous experience in managed services or post-sales technical consultancy roles.
- High level of English (mandatory to work in an international environment).
- Ability to build trustful relationships and work with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Proven experience in customer support and customer success.
- Flexibility, agility, and adaptability to change.
