Location: Near Outram Park MRT
Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary: $5,000 - $6,000 (depends on experience)
What This Job Is About
You’ll help customers understand and use our IT monitoring software.
That means showing them how it works, setting it up, solving problems, and making sure they see the value.
You’ll work with technologies like Microsoft 365, Citrix, VMware, cloud platforms, and more.
This role is hands-on and customer-facing — you’ll be talking to clients, doing demos, and helping with setup and support.
Key Responsibilities
Present and position solutions to clients seeking monitoring tools for Microsoft 365, Citrix, virtualization, and cloud services.
Set up and configure product demos and proof-of-concept environments.
Generate reports that highlight how the solutions solve business challenges.
Conduct training sessions for customers and partners.
Support post-sales activities such as implementation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and customizations.
Requirements
Experience in IT performance monitoring, service management, or related fields.
Strong interest in customer-facing roles and applying new technologies.
Hands-on experience with Citrix, VMware, Microsoft 365 (required).
Familiarity with cloud platforms, containers, and Java/web applications (preferred).
Project management experience and working with international teams (a plus).
Certifications in Microsoft, Citrix, or VMware are advantageous.
Confident communicator with presentation skills and community engagement experience.
