As a Senior IT Support Analyst for our client, your role is pivotal in resolving a wide range of technical issues across various components of computer systems.
This includes troubleshooting and resolving software, hardware, and network-related IT problems.
In addition to technical support, your responsibilities encompass comprehensive asset management, ensuring efficient inventory management, overseeing equipment reclamation and decommissioning processes, coordinating new IT rollout initiatives, and providing onsite IT services.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational integrity of our client's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and proactive support to enhance overall system performance.
