Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and technical individual to provide IT support to our organization.
The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in IT and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to resolve technical issues and provide support to our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Assist with network and system administration tasks
- Collaborate with IT team to resolve complex technical issues
- Document technical issues and resolutions
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud-based technologies
- Knowledge of scripting languages
