Job Purpose
IT member (6m Contract) to support the setup of computers, assist with day-to-day IT administration tasks, and provide support for upcoming IT audits.
This role will work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth operations, accurate documentation, and compliance with IT policies.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Computer Setup & Deployment
- Prepare, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and peripherals for new and existing staff.
- Install required operating systems, software, and security tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues during setup.

IT Administration Support
- Assist in managing IT asset inventory and maintaining accurate records.
- Help maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and equipment logs.
- Provide first-level support for end-users (basic troubleshooting, connectivity issues).

IT Audit Assistance
- Support IT team in preparing for internal and external IT audits.
- Collect and organize required audit evidence (e.g., logs, system reports, access lists).
- Verify compliance of IT systems and equipment with company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma / Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or currently pursuing studies).
- Basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
