Job description

Period: Immediate - 31 October 2025
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: up $2,500 basic
Working location: Bishan (main) - will be deployed to work at other locations as well (weekly roster given)
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site installations, configurations, and upgrades to Windows 11 on client machines.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Windows 11 upgrade process.

  • Ensure all systems are compliant with company policies and security standards.

  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on new features and functionalities of Windows 11.

  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement upgrade strategies and schedules.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of upgrade processes, configurations, and support activities.

  • Monitor and report on the progress of the upgrade project, addressing any delays or issues promptly.

  • Assist in the testing and validation of applications and hardware compatibility with Windows 11.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in IT support, with a focus on operating system upgrades and deployments.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 10 or 11.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Client) are a plus.
