Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and accessories.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Handle incident management, ensuring proper logging, tracking, and closure.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and processes.
- Support and manage Android mobile devices as required.
- Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in desktop systems and accessories troubleshooting.
- Experience in incident management, reporting, and documentation.
- Comfortable working with Android mobile devices.
- Basic knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM).
Good-to-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (e.g., VMware AirWatch).
