Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and accessories.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
Handle incident management, ensuring proper logging, tracking, and closure.
Prepare reports and maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and processes.
Support and manage Android mobile devices as required.
Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.
Must-Have Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in desktop systems and accessories troubleshooting.
Experience in incident management, reporting, and documentation.
Comfortable working with Android mobile devices.
Basic knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM).
Good-to-Have Skills
Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (e.g., VMware AirWatch).
