Job Summary:
- Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Up to $3500
- Completion bonus: 1 month
- Location: CBD area
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming technical requests via phone and ticketing system.
- Provide Level 1 support for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
- Escalate complex cases to Level 2 or relevant teams per escalation procedures.
- Document, triage, and track support tickets, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Perform software installations, upgrades, patches, and troubleshoot OS issues.
- Assist with user account management, including password resets.
- Support telephony, video conferencing, mobile devices, and conference rooms.
- Maintain IT documentation, troubleshooting guides, and standard procedures.
- Assist with IT asset inventory management and lifecycle support.
Requirement
- Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role for about 1-2 years.
