Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an IT Support Engineer, providing on-site technical support to schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site IT support and troubleshooting for schools on a variety of technical issues.
- Set up, maintain, and resolve issues with hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, AV equipment, and tablets.
- Install, update, and troubleshoot software (e.g., Microsoft Office, antivirus, school applications).
- Handle and transport mobile IT asset carts/ trolleys (up to 100kg).
- Assist with other ad-hoc support tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC in IT or a related field.
- Basic IT knowledge with a keen interest in technology.
- Good command of English to interact with school staff and vendors.
- Comfortable working in a school environment with students and staff.
