Location: Changi Airport, Singapore
Working Hours: 12-hour Rotating Shift (Day/Night, including weekends & public holidays)
Salary: $2,300-$2500/month + Attractive Shift Allowances

Job Overview Join a mission-critical IT operations team .As an IT Support Engineer (System Maintenance), you will be at the frontline of 24/7 IT infrastructure monitoring and support in a high-security environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor IT infrastructure and systems from a control room to ensure uptime and performance.
- Perform routine system health checks and identify early warning signs of issues.
- Respond promptly to system alerts and carry out first-level troubleshooting.
- Log and escalate incidents based on established SOPs.
- Assist in configuration and maintenance of IT hardware (PCs, printers, network devices).
- Support senior engineers and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and incidents.
- Follow SOPs and recommend improvements for better system operations.
Requirements
- Minimum ITE / Higher Nitec in Information Technology, Infocomm, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Some IT support/infrastructure exposure preferred (internships, part-time work, or prior roles).
- Willing to commit to 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends & public holidays.
- Responsible, dependable, and able to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Immediate or short notice availability is preferred.
