The IT Support Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting, analysing, and resolving technical issues within assigned schools.
Acting as the main point of contact for user incidents and requests, the role involves delivering high-quality customer service by addressing issues promptly and escalating unresolved queries according to protocol.
The engineer provides Level 0/1 support across school applications and software systems, promotes user awareness of IT issues, and encourages the effective use of IT resources.
