Responsibilities:
Maintain and ensure IT infrastructure (includes hardware, software, network, database) runs and functions smoothly
Provide on-premise support and stand-by support after office hours
Maintain and modify in-house systems based on management's requirements
Install & troubleshoot printers, routers, user PCs, servers
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management
Pre-requisites:
Excellent support skills coupled with a Computer Science or Information Technology diploma or equivalent experience
Experience with developing systems using C# & ASP.Net, Android mobile development, experience in complete SDLC
Solid experience working with internet security and networking technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, Proxies and Firewalls and experience with Relational Databases (MsSQL, MySQL, SQLite)
Knowledge in using multimedia software such as Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator, Prestashop e-commerce system is a plus
Experience in managing social media pages (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus
Well organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise with minimal supervision
Min 5 years of relevant experience in IT support
