Job Description
Responsibility:
Provide 1st level of IT technical onsite supports on Biometric Systems.
Job scopes include case identification,
problem diagnosis, troubleshooting & rectification.
Strong sense in Service Level Agreement and problem solving with timely escalation to next level of technical supports.
Work in fast pace environment in supporting desktops, servers, biometric scanners, biometric application,structured cabling, IT peripheral & etc.
Perform Corrective and Preventive Maintenance works on biometric system to ensure system performance maintained.
Perform User Acceptance Testing, System Integration Testing and Commissioning at sites.
Ensures proper documentation, notification, escalation, and tracking and follow up of all incidents.
Responsible to provide excellent customer service, support and timely service.
Work closely with developers during the testing process to ensure all test cases passed.
Perform any other administration and operational work as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Higher Nitech or Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
Hands-on experience in supporting end-users in a Windows (Windows clients and servers) environment is
required.
Knowledge in Identity Management equipment, UNIX and/or database query language (SQL) will be advantage.
Be on 24x7 standby or on shift/rotation to attend on-site 24 hours emergency service.
Good analytical skills and ability to communicate with different levels of clients.
