Level: Executive
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary Range: S$3,000 – $4,500
Annual Leave: 14 days (plus statutory leaves)

We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Support Executive to join our growing team at OneO2Plants .
This role is key to ensuring smooth IT operations across the company, supporting both our people and our business systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support (hardware, software, and network troubleshooting).
- Administer Active Directory Server (user accounts, password resets, access rights).
- Manage LAN, WAN, and wireless network stability.
- Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC) and Asana .
- Oversee IT assets lifecycle (procurement, issuance, recovery).
- Maintain company telephone system (IP/PBX).
- Ensure IT security policies are followed, keeping systems healthy and updated.
- Maintain IT documentation (asset registers, licenses, network diagrams).
- Conduct IT training for staff when new systems or upgrades are introduced.
- Assist in IT project planning and system upgrades.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of IT support experience (preferably in SME environment).
- Hands-on expertise with Active Directory, Windows Server, and networks.
- Experience with Microsoft BC and Asana is essential .
- Familiar with telephone systems (IP/PBX) and wireless network admin.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and support non-technical staff effectively.
