We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Manager to support the company's operations and compliance teams in managing day-to-day workflow, system improvements, and internal coordination.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to enhance operational efficiency, ensure IT with regulatory standards, and oversee system implementation across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operational activities between Operations, Internal Control (IC), and Compliance teams.
- Oversee the performance and maintenance of remittance backend systems
- Manage technology-related vendors and system improvement projects.
- Assist in designing and implementing SOPs to improve process flow and reporting accuracy.
- Support management in compliance documentation, regulatory reporting, and audit preparation.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports for management decision-making.
- Assist the COO in strategic planning, system upgrades, and operational risk management.
Perform ad-hoc duties and cross-department coordination as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, IT, or business coordination roles (experience in financial, fintech, or remittance sectors preferred but not mandatory).
- Good understanding of workflow systems, data management, and internal coordination.
- Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Able to work independently, handle confidential information, and manage deadlines in a regulated environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with payment or remittance platforms is an advantage.
