IT Support Executive (Retail/F&B)
Provide day-to-day technical assistance to both office and store teams, covering hardware setup and troubleshooting.
Manage and upkeep servers, networking equipment, firewall systems, and VPN access.
Install, configure, and maintain POS and kiosk platforms to support retail operations.
Handle IT-related tasks for new store launches and technology rollouts.
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors on group-level system initiatives and IT standards.
Requirements:
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of practical IT support experience, within retail or F&B sectors.
Good working knowledge of Windows environments, networks, and firewall management.
Prior exposure to POS and kiosk system operations.
IT Support Officer (Microsoft 365)
Administer, maintain, and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment to ensure system reliability and performance.
Provide technical support and issue resolution for users across office and fleet operations.
Monitor system health, perform regular updates, backups, and hardware refresh activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for troubleshooting, procurement, and IT project support.
Conduct user onboarding/offboarding and maintain accurate system documentation and inventory records.
Requirements:
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of IT support experience (L1/L2) within mid-to-large enterprise environments, including hands-on management of Microsoft 365.
Strong knowledge of network and firewall setup for SME environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
