IT Support Specialist (EAST) 
Responsibilities 
- Perform 1st level technical support which includes troubleshooting and maintenance of computer systems, servers, switches and routers, printers, network storage systems etc.
 - Perform system monitoring for system application and hardware health status 
 - Provide helpdesk function to users 
 - Support system engineers in various daily, weekly and monthly preventive tasks.
 - Generate and maintain technical documentation, manuals and IT policies 
 - Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned 
  
Requirements 
- Higher Nitec/ Diploma/ Degree in IT related fields or Electronics/Electrical/Aerospace/Mechatronics Engineering with IT knowledge 
 - No experience is needed.
 Graduates with passion in IT are welcomed  - Self-motivated, self – discipline and a service mindset 
 - Independent, commitment and willingness to learn 
 - Able to start work immediately or within a short notice is an advantage
