About the Role
You'll provide support, troubleshoot technical issues, and make sure our people can work smoothly every day.
This role gives you will provide support task from solving day-to-day issues to configuring devices and supporting IT projects.
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for IT issues (hardware, software, network).
- Handle service requests and incidents via a ticketing system (ServiceNow experience preferred, but not required).
- Provide onsite and remote support to end-users.
- Escalate complex issues to IT teams or vendors when needed.
- Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts and devices in Active Directory and Intune.
- Assist with onboarding new employees (devices, accounts, access).
- Maintain IT asset records and forecast inventory needs.
- Work with vendors for hardware/software deliveries and support.
- Promote IT self-service tools and prepare user guides.
- Support IT projects and initiatives from Group IT.
- Administer email management tools
What You Bring
- 3 years' experience in IT support / service desk roles.
- Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory, Intune.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems is preferred
