Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for technical issues via chat, email, and video calls
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related problems
- Install and configure software and applications
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and tools
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes for new and exiting employees
- Document technical issues and solutions to build a knowledge base

The Profile
Qualifications:
