Overview
We’re looking for a confident, proactive
IT Support Specialist
to join our fast-paced Singapore office.
This hybrid role offers flexibility, but presence is expected on key days for onboarding, leadership visits, and events.
You’ll be the go-to expert for all things onsite tech—supporting hardware, software, AV setups, and partnering with procurement to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support for
MacOS environments
and other platforms.
Troubleshoot network issues including VPN and connectivity problems.
Manage incidents and service requests via
Jira
or similar ticketing systems.
Support
AV setups
and live events, ensuring seamless execution.
Act as the
Subject Matter Expert
for onsite technology, collaborating with legal and compliance teams when needed.
Adapt quickly to evolving processes and find solutions independently.
Experience required
3–4 years of experience
supporting MacOS in a professional environment.
Solid understanding of
network troubleshooting
(2–3 years), including VPN triage.
Experience with
incident management
and ticketing systems ( Jira
preferred).
Ability to work independently, confidently, and resourcefully in a dynamic setting.
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
