Responsibilities
- Execute Group IT Policy and implement corporate infrastructure and networks systems across local and overseas offices.
- Set up user accounts and provide training for new system users.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize local and overseas network performance.
- Monitor system performance, identify risks, and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
- Manage network servers, technology tools, internal IT assets, and software licenses, ensuring compliance and efficient usage across all offices.
- Ensure network and data security by proactively managing system vulnerabilities and outages.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all IT assets, including those in overseas offices.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science and equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure related matters.
- Meticulous, a team player and also able to work independently.
