Responsibilities
Execute Group IT Policy and implement corporate infrastructure and networks systems across local and overseas offices.
Set up user accounts and provide training for new system users.
Develop, maintain, and optimize local and overseas network performance.
Monitor system performance, identify risks, and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
Manage network servers, technology tools, internal IT assets, and software licenses, ensuring compliance and efficient usage across all offices.
Ensure network and data security by proactively managing system vulnerabilities and outages.
Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all IT assets, including those in overseas offices.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science and equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure related matters.
Meticulous, a team player and also able to work independently.
