Responsibilities
Lead complex, corporate-level service delivery and system development projects as the primary Technical Lead
Act as the Hands‐On Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise storage and system integration, driving technical breakthroughs and innovations
Design, architect, and implement advanced storage and data management solutions (e.g., DR, data migration) to meet business quality metrics
Execute deep‐dive technical delivery and troubleshooting across all server, storage, and system layers to resolve major issues
Ensure consistent achievement of critical delivery objectives, including baselines, efficiency targets, cost management, and service quality
Summarize service requirements and case studies to develop and output replicable technical success models for channel partners and customers
Deliver professional solution presentations and expert‐level technical training to local teams, partners, and key account customers
Requirements
Tertiary qualification (B.Sc. or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Proven experience in IT production design, delivery, maintenance, and complex system integration
Expert knowledge of core IT technologies, including x86 server architecture and system administration (Linux/Unix, Windows)
Deep proficiency in SAN/NAS storage architecture, data protection, data migration, and Data Center Disaster Recovery
Proven expertise in server virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware) and managing virtualized environments
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., RHCE, advanced IT vendor certifications) are advantageous
