We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional IT support.

This role will report directly to the Head of Customer Experience.
Working Location
Bugis Flagship Store
Working Hours
Mon‑Sun, 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM (5 days week)
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose computer problems on notebooks, smartphones, and tablets
- Install new software and hardware on computers
- Identify and resolve hardware or software issues
- Maintain accurate records of work done and time spent on each job
- Provide excellent customer service, handle client inquiries, and follow up after jobs are completed
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest technology trends and advancements
- Collaborate with other service centers and partners on repair services
Requirements
- Higher Nitec in Computer Science, Information Technology, and above or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems, including Windows and Mac OS
- Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer problems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
