Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support (hardware, software, networks, cloud platforms).
Manage and maintain office IT infrastructure (devices, backups, access control, etc.).
Lead internal technology projects (e.g., system rollouts, cloud migrations, process improvements).
Design and deploy RPA workflows to automate repetitive business tasks (using tools like UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
Work with AI tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, OCR, chatbots) to enhance productivity.
Integrate systems via APIs, low‐code platforms, or scripting (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python).
Create documentation and basic training for automated systems and IT processes.
Support IT security best practices and help maintain compliance.
Qualifications
Preferrably, 2+ years in an IT support, technical operations, or automation role.
Strong IT knowledge: hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, cloud apps (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
Hands‐on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, etc.).
Familiarity with AI or automation APIs (e.g., OpenAI, OCR, language tools).
Basic scripting or low‐code experience (Python, PowerShell, VBA, or similar).
Strong problem‐solving and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tech projects across departments.
