Role Summary
This role reports to the Chief Information Officer at a law firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of information systems.
- Support data entry, data management, and data integrity tasks.
- Provide technical support to users, including resolving hardware and software issues.
- Help with the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of information systems.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge in computing or IT (e.g. from polytechnic/ITE coursework).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good communication skills to support users and collaborate with the team.
- Willingness to learn—training and guidance will be provided by the team.
