Job Scope
Lead and coordinate the provisioning, configuration, and deployment of IT devices across the organisation.
Supervise the installation, upgrading, and patching of software to ensure systems are up to date and secure.
Oversee asset management activities, including accurate documentation and regular updating of IT asset records.
Manage and delegate tasks related to the setup and teardown of computer systems and workstations.
Ensure all systems are updated with the latest Windows versions and essential software programs.
Lead testing efforts for devices and systems to ensure functionality, security, and performance standards are met.
Supervise the reinstallation or cloning of desktop images across multiple systems when needed.
Support and assign additional IT-related tasks as required, ensuring timely and effective completion by the team.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to junior IT staff to build team capability and accountability.
Qualifications
Higher Nitec in Information Technology or equivalent; diploma holders are also welcome.
1–2 years of relevant IT experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong leadership potential will be considered.
Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to lead small technical teams.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of team performance and service standards.
Training will be provided.
