Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Sketch, wireframe, and prototype user experiences for web and mobile platforms
Design intuitive UI layouts with attention to detail, accessibility, and brand consistency.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Maintain and evolve a design system to ensure UI consistency across products.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Design, HCI, or related field
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome)
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
Ability to create both low-fidelity sketches and polished UI mockups
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience designing responsive interfaces across devices
Good communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly
Proficient in the following tools:
Figma (primary design and prototyping tool)
Adobe Photoshop (image editing and asset preparation)
Adobe Illustrator (vector graphics and icon design)
Adobe Acrobat (PDF editing and documentation reviews)
Procreate iPad OS (freehand concept sketching, digital illustration)
Bonus Points:
Experience working in a fintech environment
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end collaboration workflows
Familiarity with user research and A/B testing tools
