JAPAC Personal Health Consumer & Shopper Insights and Analytics Intern
Job scope:
Intern will report into current JAPAC Personal Health Consumer & Shopper Insights and Analytics Lead and provide support across various consumer research, commercial data and campaign analytics projects to help drive business growth planning, including:
- Data & information gathering, analysis and reporting using multiple data points from internal and external resources (e.g. GfK market shares, Brand Strength, Euromonitor, Google Analytics, e-comm platform seller centres etc.)
- Facilitate set-up of data systems with internal/external partners e.g. MMM, online shares tracker, campaign effectiveness tracker
- Support localisation of global insights and data framework and analysis e.g. audience segmentation insights, success relative importance model, KPI dashboards
- Support execution of Consumer Learning Plan: Exposure to strategic and adhoc consumer research pieces through collaborations with external research vendors from briefing, project coordination to final reporting - both quantitative and qualitative
