Key Responsibilities
Manage lifecycle of IT assets (PCs, servers, smartphones, external storage, etc.).
Configure, maintain, and decommission network equipment.
Handle IT and cybersecurity issues from support desk requests.
Oversee regional IT operations and coordinate with vendors.

Requirements
Experience in IT asset & network management.
Familiarity with IT support desk and cybersecurity practices.
Strong communication & vendor coordination skills.
Fluent in both Japanese and English (business level).
Proactive, independent, and responsible.
